Wang Anyi’s Diet Writing from the Perspective of Huai River Culture

王安忆运用饮食书写塑造人物形象,推动情节发展,描摹沿淮群众的饮食习俗与熟悉味道,记录沿淮群众共同的饮食记忆,浓缩了淮河地域乡风土韵。以王安忆淮河乡土创作为例,剖析其淮河文化视域下饮食书写,以此管窥王安忆淮河乡土创作中独特艺术风格与丰富文化内涵。

Wang Anyi used diet writing to shape character images,promote plot development,describe the eating habits and familiar tastes of the people along the Huaihe River,record the common eating memory of the people along the Huaihe River,and concentrate the rural charm of the Huaihe River region.Taking Wang Anyi’s local creation in Huaihe as an example,this paper analyzes the diet writing in the perspective of Huaihe culture,so as to take a close look at the unique artistic style and rich cultural connotations of Wang Anyi’s Huaihe local creation.
