可视化健康教育联合康复日记在老年肿瘤化疗患者跌倒防范中的应用

Application of Visual Health Education Combined with Rehabilitation Diary in Fall Prevention among the Elderly Patients with Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:探讨可视化健康教育联合康复日记在老年肿瘤化疗患者跌倒防范中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月1日~2020年9月30日120例老年肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例;对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用可视化健康教育联合康复日记;比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)],预防跌倒知识[采用跌倒预防知识问卷],预防跌倒健康行为[采用老年患者跌倒预防健康行为评估表],跌倒情况,护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组预防跌倒知识评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组预防跌倒健康行为评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:可视化健康教育联合康复日记能调节老年肿瘤化疗患者心理状态,增加预防跌倒知识,促进预防跌倒健康行为,降低跌倒发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of visual health education combined with rehabilitation diary in fall prevention among the elderly patients with cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 120 cases of senile tumor chemotherapy patients during September 1,2017 to September 30,2020 were selected as the research objects,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care,the observation group on the asis of the control group used visual health education combined with rehabilitation diary;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on psychological state by the self-assessment scale on anxiety(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS),fall prevention knowledge using fall prevention knowledge questionnaire,fall prevention health behavior using the fall preventive health behavior assessment table in the elderly patients,fall and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS scores were lower in the two groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Fall prevention knowledge scores after the intervention in the two group were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the fall prevention health behavior scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of fall in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Visual health education combined with rehabilitation dtary can adjust the psychological status in the elderly tumor chemotherapy patients,increase fall prevention knowledge,promote fall prevention health behavior,reduce the incidence of falls,so as to improve nursing satisfaction.
