气相色谱法测定祛风消痛喷雾剂中冰片和薄荷脑的含量

Determination of Borneol and Menthol in Qufeng Xiaotong Spray by GC

目的:建立同步测定祛风消痛喷雾剂中冰片和薄荷脑含量的气相色谱(GC)方法。方法:采用GC内标法。色谱柱为岛津Inert Cap FFAP(30 m×0.53 mm×1.00 μm)毛细管柱;FID检测器;进样口温度:180 ℃;检测器温度:230 ℃;柱温:程序升温,初始温度80 ℃,保持3 min,以10 ℃/min升到120 ℃,保持3 min,以5 ℃/min升到140 ℃,保持10 min。结果:冰片和薄荷脑质量浓度分别在0.051 0~0.509 6 mg/mL(r=0.999 5)和0.200 8~2.007 6 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.28%(RSD=1.02%)和101.31%(RSD=0.93%)。结论:该方法准确度高,重复性好,可用于祛风消痛喷雾剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a gas chromatography (GC) method for simultaneous determination of borneol and menthol in qufeng xiaotong spray.Methods:The internal standard method was used.The GC was equipped with FID detector,and an Inert Cap FFAP (30 m×0.53 mm×1.00 μm) capillary column was used.The temperature program of column oven was as follows:80 ℃,held for 3 min,increased at a rate of 10 ℃/min to 120 ℃,held for 3 min,then increased at a rate of 5 ℃/min to 140 ℃,held for 10 min.Results:Good linear relationships were fund for borneol and menthol in the ranges of 0.051 0-0.509 6 mg/mL (r=0.999 5) and 0.200 8-2.007 6 mg/mL (r=0.999 8),respectively.The average recoveries (n=9) were 101.28% (RSD=1.02%) and 101.31% (RSD=0.93%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Qufeng Xiaotong spray.
