摘要
本文主要从真空电弧炉使用VIM浇注电极生产含N钢的实际过程控制出发,结合笔者从事生产实践及技术指导的工作经历,阐述在真空环境下真空电弧重熔含N钢的过程控制技术方法。实现方式是通过提高电压或降低熔滴数,以拉长重熔电弧长度,达到真空电弧重熔过程控制稳定目的的控制技术。本文阐述内容涉及真空电弧炉控制原理及真空电弧、非含N钢真空电弧重熔的短弧控制、含N钢真空电弧重熔的过程控制技术等。
Based on the actual process control of producing N-bearing steel with VIM poured electrode in vacuum arc furnace,combined with the author's working experience in production practice and technical guidance,this paper described the process control technology of remelting N-bearing steel in vacuum atmosphere.The way is to increase the voltage or reduce the number of droplets to lengthen the length of the remelting arc,so as to achieve stable control of the vacuum arc remelting process.This paper also described the control principle of vacuum arc furnace and vacuum arc,short arc control during vacuum arc remelting of steel with no nitrogen,and process con-trol technology of N-bearing steel,etc.
