摘要
研究不同的调质工艺对30CrNiMo8钢渗氮后硬度衰减的影响,根据30CrNiMo8高合金结构钢的原始组织特点,制定了3种不同的调质工艺试验方案。从调质组织、硬度的均匀性等指标分析各种工艺的优缺点,并总结出对该钢种渗氮硬度衰减影响最小的最优调质工艺。
The effects of different quenching and tempering processes on the hardness attenuation of 30CrNiMo8 steel after nitriding were studied.According to the original microstructure characteristics of 30CrNiMo8 high alloy structural steel,three different quenching and tempering process test schemes were formulated.The advantages and disadvantages of various processes were analyzed from the indexes such as quenching and tempering structure and hardness uniformity,the optimum quenching and tempering process with the least influence on the nitriding hardness attenuation of the steel was summarized.
