热处理工艺对薄规格16MnDR钢板力学性能的影响

摘要 针对5mm的16MnDR钢板,研究了热轧态、正火态、正火+回火态及模焊态钢板性能的变化趋势,结果表明,经过热处理正火或正火+回火热处理,钢板内部带状组织完全消除,晶粒明显细化;经过模拟焊后热处理,钢板强度及冲击吸收能量均有所降低。 For 5mm 16MnDR steel plate,the properties of hot rolled,normalizing,normalizing+tempering and SPWHT were studied.The results showed that after heat treatment normalizing or normalizing+tempering,the band-ed structure of the steel plate was completely eliminated and the grain was obviously refined.After SPWHT,the strength and impact absorption energy of the steel plate were reduced.
