穴位按摩联合中药封包对视疲劳相关干眼症患者的效果研究

Effect of Acupressure with Traditional Chinese Pharmacy Package on Patients with Asthenopia-related Xerophthalmia

目的探讨穴位按摩联合中药封包对视疲劳相关干眼症患者的效果。方法采取便利抽样法选取上海市3所中医院眼科门诊就诊的干眼症患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行人工泪液治疗,观察组在此基础上给予穴位按摩和中药封包,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症候评分等变化。结果干预后,观察组的临床疗效有效率(85%)高于对照组(70%);观察组和对照组干预后的中医症候评分,较干预前均有所降低,且两组患者治疗后中医症候评分相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组在泪膜破裂时间和基础泪液分泌试验的改善上,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合中药封包能够有效地改善视疲劳相关干眼症患者的疗效和症状,可操作性强。

Objective To explore the effect of acupressure combined with Traditional Chinese Pharmacy(TCP)package on patients with Asthenopia-related xerophthalmia.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 40 patients,the control group only received artificial tears treatment,and the observation group was given acupressure and TCP package treatment on the basis of artificial tears treatment.The changes between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention.The efficacy of the observation group(85%)was higher than that of the control group(70%).The scores of syndromes in the observation group and the control group before and after intervention were lower than before(P<0.05);the difference after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had a statistically significant difference in the improvement of Break-up Time(BUT)and Schirmer I test(SIT)compared with the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of CFS results between the two groups after intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Acupressure combined with TCM packaging can improve the effect and symptoms of patients with asthenopia-related xerophthalmia.
