摘要 在海洋石油开发过程之中,原有设计往往难以符合现场生产需求,进而使得柱塞泵难以发挥出理想效果。面对这种情况,就需要根据生产实际来进行优化改造。从柱塞泵入口单流阀的升级改造、柱塞泵入口滤器的换型、化学药剂的优化方面分别探讨了海上平台柱塞泵的优化改造。这三种优化改造方式,适用的场景不同,需要考虑的因素也各有不同,需要根据实际情况来确定具体的优化改造方式。只有这样,才可以让柱塞泵达到理想的工作效果。 In the process of offshore oil development,the original design is often difficult to meet the requirements of field production,which makes the piston pump difficult to play an ideal effect.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to optimize the transformation according to the actual production.In this paper,the optimization of the piston pump on the offshore platform is discussed from the aspects of upgrading the single flow valve at the inlet of the piston pump,changing the type of the inlet filter of the piston pump,and optimizing the chemical agents.The three optimization methods are applicable to different scenes,and the factors to be considered are also different.The specific optimization methods need to be determined according to the actual situation.Only in this way can the piston pump achieve the ideal working effect.
