摘要
MOFs具有可控调节的介电常数和微波吸收特性以及质量轻等优点,可用于改善复合材料的微波吸收性能。石墨烯是一种典型的碳基微波吸收材料,但其存在阻抗匹配差等缺点。因此选用合理的加工方法实现MOFs与石墨烯的杂化复合,通过石墨烯/MOFs杂化复合材料结构设计,可以克服单一组分在微波吸收材料的局限;充分发挥两者的优势,获得预期的微波吸收性能。主要综述了该类复合材料的结构设计方法,并探讨了其对微波吸收性能的影响。
MOFs have the advantages of controllable dielectric constant,microwave absorption characteristics and light weight.They can be used to improve the microwave absorption properties of composites.Graphene is a typical carbon based microwave absorbing material,but it has some disadvantages,such as poor impedance matching.Therefore,a reasonable processing method is selected to realize the hybrid composite of MOFs and graphene.Through the structural design of graphene/MOFs hybrid composites,the limitation of single component in microwave absorbing materials can be overcome;Give full play to their advantages and obtain the expected microwave absorption performance.In this paper,the structural design methods of these composites are reviewed,and their effects on microwave absorption properties are discussed.
