摘要
苯乙烯精馏系统协同阻聚剂改注701溶液(TH-AF202真阻聚剂),经过对苯乙烯精馏系统各塔聚合物、焦油中苯乙烯含量以及苯乙烯收率的分析,表明由缓聚剂DNBP和TH-AF202真阻聚剂组成的阻聚剂方案,其阻聚效果优异、剂耗量下降,解决了缓聚剂DNBP用量多、对环保不利的困扰,达到了苯乙烯装置更加安全稳定运行的效果。
The styrene distillation system cooperated with the polymerization inhibitor to change the 701 solution(TH-AF202 true polymerization inhibitor),through the analysis of the polymer in each tower of the styrene distillation system,the content of styrene in the tar and the yield of styrene,it shows that the polymerization inhibitor consisting of retarder DNBP and Th-AF202 true polymerization inhibitor has excellent polymerization inhibition effect and the consumption of the agent decreases.The problem of large amount of retarder DNBP and adverse to environmental protection was solved,and the effect of more safe and stable operation of styrene plant was achieved.
