摘要 管线穿舱件智能定位系统模拟人工手动计算的思维过程,采用VB语言进行程序编制,在系统后台进行高效精确的计算,并快速提供准确的定位结果。该智能定位系统的设计思路为:获取定位轴网信息(读取纵轴个数→分别读取每个纵轴的名称和坐标→读取横轴个数→分别读取每个横轴的名称和坐标)→获取定位点信息(读取定位点的横纵坐标)→后台自动计算→显示定位结果→继续获取下一个定位点的信息进行定位工作。此智能定位系统不仅适用于管线穿舱件的定位,普遍适用且可推广应用至诸多方面的定位工作,如电缆穿舱、桥架穿舱、风道穿舱等。 The intelligent positioning system of pipeline penetrating pieces simulate the thinking process of manual calculation,and be programmed with VB language.Efficient and accurate calculation is carried out in the background of the system,then accurate positioning results can be provided quickly.The design idea of the intelligent positioning system is as follows:get positioning grid information(read number of vertical axis→read the name and abscissa of each vertical axis separately→read number of horizontal axis→read the name and coordinate of each horizontal axis separately)→get information of anchor point(read the abscissa and coordinate of anchor points)→automatic calculation→display positioning results→get information of next anchor point.The intelligent positioning system is not only suitable for pipeline penetrating pieces,but also can be widely used for cable,cable tray and air duct penetrating pieces.It can be applide to many positioning work.
