摘要
为了提高DCS热态系统的运行性能,实现施工风险的科学控制,保证库区工程的施工质量和施工进度,以某油库区配套工程库区施工为例,提出了库区DCS热态系统调试策略,并根据危险源辨识相关概述,对工程施工风险进行科学评价和控制,为保证施工人员的人身安全,提高施工单位的社会效益和经济效益提供有力的保障。
In order to improve the operating performance of the DCS thermal system,realize the scientific control of construction risks,and ensure the construction quality and construction progress of the reservoir area project,taking the construction of a supporting project in an oil storage area as an example,the DCS thermal status of the reservoir area is proposed.System debugging strategy,and based on the relevant overview of hazard identification,scientific evaluation and control of project construction risks are provided to ensure the personal safety of construction personnel and improve the social and economic benefits of the construction unit.
