基于多维反向渗透的电力监控系统网络安全管理模式探索

Exploration on Network Security Management Mode of Power Monitoring System Based on Multi-dimensional Reverse Penetration

针对当前电力监控系统网络安全工作中存在的问题,提出了以攻击者的角度,采用多维反向渗透的手段,开展全面深入的检查评估。网络安全管理人员依照渗透检查结果,评估前期工作成效,转变后期管理模式,提出更有针对性的管理和技术措施,实现了青海电网电力监控系统网络安全防护水平的快速提升。

Against the problems with network security of the current monitoring system of power system,this paper proposed that deep and comprehensive check and evaluation of the network security can be made by multi-dimensional reverse penetration in the attacker’s view.According to penetration test results,the network security managers evaluated work performance in earlier stage,improved later network security management mode and proposed management and technological measures targeted to the network security,fleetly improved the security protection level of the monitoring system of the Qinghai power system.
