青海地区电能计量设备配送模式的研究及应用

针对青海各地区电能计量设备需求差异大、配送路径长的特点,提出改变青海公司原有单一的逐级配送体系,适时适量加入“直配”模式;并且根据需求紧急程度和需求量增长情况,增加快递配送、需求方自提、应急配送等配送途径,以解决目前公司计量设备配送响应效率低、配送流转周期长、二三级库房缓存压力大、配送服务质量低等问题。

In view of the large differences in the demand for electric energy metering equipment in various regions of Qinghai and the long distribution path,it is proposed to change the original single gradual distribution system of Qinghai Company,and add the“direct distribution”mode in a timely and appropriate amount;and according to the urgency of demand and the growth of demand In order to solve the current problems of low efficiency of the company's metering equipment distribution response,long distribution circulation cycle,high pressure of secondary and tertiary warehouses,and low quality of delivery services,we will increase delivery channels such as express delivery,demand-side pickup,and emergency delivery.
