半导体CdS荧光量子点的电离辐射制备及其研究进展

摘要 半导体CdS荧光量子点(Quantum dots,QDs)因具有优异的光学和电学特性,受到广泛关注和深入研究。经过多年的研究与发展,已经积累了许多成熟的量子点制备方法。在众多的制备方法中,电离辐射制备法是一种常温常压即可进行,操作简单,绿色、安全高效的制备半导体CdS QDs的方法。本文综述了近年来CdS QDs的两种常见的电离辐射制备方法:γ射线辐射制备法和电子束辐射制备法,这将为电离辐射技术制备其他荧光半导体量子点材料提供参考。同时,总结了CdS QDs在光催化、生物医药、太阳能电池和分析检测等领域的应用,并结合当前CdS QDs的研究现状,对其未来的应用前景和发展方向进行展望。 Semiconductor CdS fluorescent quantum dots(QDs)have been widely studied for their excellent optical and electrical properties.There are many mature preparation methods of CdS QDs have been developed.Among these,the ionizing radiation preparation method is generally easy to implement under normal temperature and pressure,it is also safe and effective,and environmentally friendly.The associated ionizing radiation preparation methods for CdS QDs,such asγ-ray radiation preparation and electron beam radiation preparation,are reviewed to provide a reference for the preparation of other fluorescent QDs.The applications of CdS QDs in the fields of photocatalysts,biomedicine,and solar cells,in addition to applications in the field of analysis,are reviewed.In light of the current research status of CdS QDs,the application prospects and development directions of CdS QDs are discussed.
