摘要
为研究硫酸盐强腐蚀地区水胶比与侵蚀方式对混凝土的影响及寿命判断,测试混凝土在不同水胶比及不同侵蚀方式下的性能变化,同时研究了硫酸根离子在混凝土内部的运输及扩散规律。研究结果表明:在新疆台特玛湖富硫酸盐环境中,水胶比是影响混凝土抗腐蚀性能的主要自身因素;侵蚀方式对混凝土试块的质量损失率影响较大,未经养护直接埋入含硫酸盐土壤中的试块质量损失率最大;混凝土的剩余使用寿命随着水胶比的增大而减小,硫酸根离子的侵入速率随着水胶比的增大而增大;未经养护直接埋入含硫酸盐土壤中混凝土剩余使用寿命最低,硫酸根离子侵入速率最快;在极端自然环境中降低混凝土的水灰比是抵御有害离子腐蚀的一个有效途径。
In order to study the influence of water-binder ratio and erosion mode on concrete in strongly corroded areas with sulfate and determine its life span,the performance changes of concrete under different water-binder ratios and different erosion modes were tested,and the transport and diffusion rules of sulfate ions in concrete were also studied.The results show that the water-binder ratio is the main factor affecting the corrosion resistance of concrete under the erosion of sulphate soil in Tetema lake,Xinjiang.The erosion mode has a great influence on the mass loss rate of concrete test blocks,and the mass loss rate of test blocks directly buried in soil containing sulfate is the largest.The remaining service life of concrete decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio and the penetration rate of sulfate ion increases with the increase of water-binder ratio.The remaining service life of concrete is the lowest and the invasion rate of sulfate ion is the fastest when the concrete is directly buried in soil containing sulfate without curing.Reducing the water-cement ratio of concrete in extreme natural environment is an effective way to resist harmful ion corrosion.
