摘要
为验证T/CBMF 38—2018,T/CAATB 001—2018《高性能混凝土用骨料》机制砂分计筛余的控制范围,通过调整石灰岩机制砂各粒级分计筛余设计不同的级配,研究其对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:T/CBMF 38—2018,T/CAATB 001—2018《高性能混凝土用骨料》中对机制砂分计筛余范围是比较合理的。总体上看,0.3、0.6 mm这两个粒径的颗粒含量不宜低于标准下限,0.15、0.3、0.6 mm这3个粒径分计筛余总量宜保持在55%以上。C50混凝土机制砂过粗或过细都会导致混凝土拌合物状态不佳,选取该标准I级分计筛余范围最为合适。
In order to verify the control range of manufactured-sand grader retained percentagein T/CBMF 38—2018,T/CAATB 001—2018“aggregates for high performance concrete”,it studies the influence on concrete performance by adjusting the different grading of each particle size grader retained percentage of limestone manufactured-sand.The test results show that T/CBMF 38—2018,T/CAATB 001—2018“aggregates for high performance concrete”is more reasonable for the grader retained percentage of manufactured-sand.In general,the particle content of 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm should not be lower than the lower limit of the standard,and the total amount of grader retained percentage of 0.15 mm,0.3 mm and 0.6 mm should be kept above 55%.For C50 concrete,whether the manufactured-sand particles is too thick or thin can both result in a poor state of concrete mixture.It is more resonable to select the level I range in the specification.
