基于适宜性评价的城镇开发边界划定方法研究——以山东省潍城区为例

Research on the Method of Demarcation of Urban Development Boundary:A Case Study of Weicheng District in Shandong Province

城镇开发边界划定是世界性研究热点,也是当前我国国土空间规划的一项重要内容。山东省潍坊市潍城区的规划实践探索性地将城镇开发边界划定过程分为七个环节:基础数据收集、城镇建设用地的规模预测、建设用地的适宜性评价、城镇建设用地的空间扩张模拟、城镇开发边界的阈值确定和初步划定、依据地方发展诉求和重要保护空间对城镇开发边界进行调整、城镇开发边界成果汇交入库,这一实践具有较好的可复制性和可推广性。

The urban development boundary demarcation is a worldwide research hotspot and also an important content of China's national territory spatial plan.Taking the Weicheng district in Weifang city of Shandong province as an example,and this paper divides the technical process into 7 parts:basic data collection,the scale prediction of urban construction land,the suitability evaluation of construction land,the spatial expansion simulation of urban construction land,preliminarily delimitation of urban development boundary,project coordination,and database construction.This practice has good reproducibility and extensibility.
