工匠精神是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,工匠精神与创新创业精神一脉相承,如何将新时代工匠精神融入高校创新创业教育,成为一个重要的时代话题。解读了工匠精神的传统内涵及时代内涵,分析阐述了新时代工匠精神融入大学生创新创业教育的必要性与现状,并从3个方面提出了具体的融入策略,即将新时代工匠精神融入创新创业学习素材、将新时代工匠精神融入创新创业教育过程和培育具备新时代工匠精神的创新创业师资队伍。

The spirit of craftsman is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The spirit of craftsman and the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship are in the same lineage.How to integrate the spirit of craftsman in the new era into the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities has become an important topic in modern times.It interprets the traditional connotation and the times connotation of craftsman spirit,analyzes and expounds the necessity and current situation of integrating craftsman spirit into college students′innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era,and puts forward specific integration strategies from three aspects.They are:the craftsman spirit of the new era should be integrated into the learning materials of innovation and entrepreneurship,the craftsman spirit of the new era should be integrated into the education process of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team with the craftsman spirit of the new era should be cultivated.
