摘要
在电机具体接线中,常需要考虑所用到的电机及电器的具体位置、安装地点和走线布局。如分布在不同地点的电器端子的连接;电路中照明、信号指示、限位器、按钮开关如何和电控盘连接;如果电路中出现单芯硬线和多芯软线,如何对接;在电路完成后,判断接线是否多接、少接和错接;在电机常规继电器接线中,尝试运用电工学中电路节点定义,提出一种新的接线方法,通过对电控电路原理图中进行节点及结点的标注,按照电路中电流参考方向,确定电器的位置,确定导线的走向,借用数学中线段端点连接最少法则,保证导线接线数量,对电机接线实现定位、定向、定量分析,从而解决了上述问题。
In the specific wiring of the motor, it is often necessary to consider the specific location, installation location and wiring layout of the motor and electrical appliances used. Such as the connection of electrical terminals distributed in different places. How the lighting, signal indication, limiter and button switch in the circuit are connected with the electric control panel. If single core hard wire and multi-core soft wire appear in the circuit, how to connect them. After the circuit is completed, whether the wiring is connected more, less and wrongly. In the conventional relay wiring of motor, the definition of circuit node in electrotechnics was attempted to use to propose a new wiring method. By marking the nodes and nodes in the schematic diagram of electric control circuit, the position of electrical appliances and the direction of wires were determined according to the current reference direction in the circuit, and the minimum rule of segment end connection in mathematics were borrowed to ensure the number of wire connections. The above problems were solved by positioning, orientation and quantitative analysis of motor wiring.
