摘要 以车门设计为中心,讨论了玻璃升降机结构的部分设计,介绍了升降机的结构设计和模拟仿真。车门系统是实现门窗调节器车门附件、车窗升降器等汽车车窗玻璃升降相关的汽车附件。玻璃托架通过玻璃升降器上下移动,放置在门玻璃托架的导槽或导轨上。目前,有两种常见的玻璃升降器上下移动,叉臂驱动和绳轮驱动。后者可以适应曲率较高的散热器上的玻璃运动,还有手摇式操作两种操作方式。在车门的设计和布置上,正确选择和配置门窗升降机、窗口升降台是让机器轻便可靠的关键。 The door design was took as the center, the partial design of the glass lift structure was discussed, the lift structure design and the simulation simulation were introduced. Door system is to achieve door and window regulator door accessories, window elevators and other car window glass lifting related car accessories. The glass bracket moves up and up and down through the glass hoist and is placed on the guide groove or guide rail of the door glass bracket. At present, there are two common glass lifts moving up and down, fork arm drive and rope wheel drive. The latter can adapt to the glass motion on the high curvature radiator, and there are two modes of hand operation. In the door design and layout, the correct selection and configuration of door and window lift, window lift are the key to make the machine light and reliable.
