应急电源车运行状态远程在线监测管理系统 被引量:4

摘要 移动电源车已成为电力系统中保供电应急预案的重要组成。为了适应电力系统数字化转型和智能化管理的发展,保证电源车安全可靠运行,实现运维指导,需要对电源车的运行状态进行远程实时监测和综合管理。结合电源车结构、技术规范标准、应急处理功能定位等方面特点和需求,设计了一套应急电源车运行状态远程在线监测管理系统。系统从车载端、云服务器端和用户端出发,基于分布式架构,分为车况监测系统、数据通讯系统和车辆运维管理调度系统。通过实例应用,系统在监测电源车发电机组、底盘车、运行环境等在线运行状态监测管理方面运行效果稳定可靠。该系统对其他类型应急救援车辆的监测系统的开发与应用有着重要的参考价值。 Mobile power supply vehicle has become an important part of emergency plan for power supply in power system. In order to adapt to the development of digital transformation and intelligent management of power system, ensure the safe and reliable operation of power vehicles,and realize the operation and maintenance guidance, it is necessary to carry out remote real-time monitoring and comprehensive management of the operation status of power vehicles. A remote online monitoring and management system of emergency power supply vehicle was designed based on the characteristics and requirements of power supply vehicle structure, technical specifications and standards, and emergency processing function. Based on the distributed architecture, the system was divided into three subsystems, including vehicle condition monitoring system, data communication system and vehicle operation and maintenance management scheduling system. Through an example,the system shows the reliable operation effect in monitoring the power car generator set, chassis car, operating environment and other online operation state monitoring management. The system has important reference value for the development and application of other types of emergency rescue vehicle monitoring system.
