一种自动擦拭电动升降黑板的优化设计

摘要 手动升降黑板推拉时易失去平衡,手动擦除粉笔字时费时费力,且污染环境,为了解决这些问题,提出了一种电动升降黑板的优化设计方案。介绍了电动升降黑板的总体设计原理,通过对传动机构的结构设计,电动机的选择,以及带传动、链传动、行程开关等重点机构的详细分析与计算,对传动组件进行了创新设计;通过对齿轮传动、伸缩机构等分析应用,对清洁组件进行了结构设计及原理分析,从而设计出一种具有自动擦除功能的电动升降黑板,具有灵活、平稳的特点,能够自动控制板面的升降,具有全自动擦拭板面和收集粉笔灰等功能,为课堂教学带来极大的方便,具有较好的使用价值和发展前景。 It is easy to lose balance when manually lifting and pulling the blackboard, and it is time-consuming and laborious to manually erase chalk words, which pollutes the environment, in order to solve these problems, an optimal design scheme of electric lifting blackboard was proposed. The overall design principle of the electric vertical sliding blackboard was introduced, an innovative design was made for the transmission components by the structural design of the transmission mechanism, the selection of the motor, and the detailed analysis and calculation of the important parts such as belt transmission, chain transmission and travel switch. Then, the structural design and the principle analysis of the cleaning component were carried out by the analysis and application of gear transmission, telescopic mechanism, etc. In this way, an electric vertical sliding blackboard with the function of automatically wiping was designed. Which has the characteristics of flexibility and stability, can automatically control the lifting of the board surface, has the functions of fully automatic wiping the board surface and collecting chalk ash, brings great convenience to classroom teaching, and has good use value and development prospect.
