摘要 市场上光学防抖马达弹片组的组装工程基本以人工手动组装压入为主,其作业效率低下,产品品质不稳定的情况一直存在,针对这些问题,开发设计了光学防抖马达弹片组自动组装设备。结合现阶段工业技术,采用伺服马达配合弹片组瓣料治具进行料带弹片组瓣料,同时采用精密伺服小型旋转马达配合带动专用弹片吸取治具,实现精准弹片组取料,再通过精密机械手带动多功能作业头,利用作业头上的专用弹片组组装治具进行气动精准组入弹片,设备中的排盘机构实现了弹片组料带自动上料,通过独特的弹片组装专用治具的设计,实现了光学防抖马达弹片组组装工程自动化,减少了企业成本,提升了光学防抖马达弹片组组装的品质。 In view of the fact that the assembly engineering of optical anti shake motor spring group in the market is mainly manual assembly and pressing, the problems of low operation efficiency and unstable product quality always exist. In order to improve the engineering, the automatic assembly equipment of optical anti shake motor spring group was developed and designed. Combined with the current industrial technology, servo motor was used to cooperate with the spring plate assembly fixture for the material belt spring plate assembly. At the same time, the precision servo small rotary motor was used to cooperate with the special spring plate suction fixture to realize the accurate spring plate group reclaiming. Then the multi-functional working head was driven by the precision manipulator, and the special spring plate assembly fixture on the working head was used for the pneumatic conveying. Through the plate arrangement mechanism of the equipment, the automatic feeding of the spring sheet assembly belt was solved, and the design of the unique spring sheet assembly fixture realized the automation of the spring sheet assembly engineering of the optical anti shake motor, reduced the cost of the enterprise, and improved the quality of the optical anti shake motor spring sheet assembly.
