摘要 风电产业的迅速发展带来的噪声与环境的矛盾日益突出,噪声控制工程尤为重要,噪声测试与控制技术相辅相成。以NASA模型为例介绍一种风电机组风轮噪声预测计算方法,分析整机噪声声功率级预测方法的应用条件并给出整机噪声测试方法。针对不同应用场景给出两种适用于风电机组噪声传播衰减计算方法,指出叶片气动噪声是风电机组的主要噪声源,对比采用锯齿尾缘和控制策略降噪的优缺点,说明风电机组冷却系统噪声特点及噪声控制方法,对于风电机组噪声控制工程的应用有重要意义。 With the rapid development of wind power industry,the contradiction between noise and environment has become increasingly prominent.Noise control engineering is particularly important,and noise testing and control technology complement each other.Taking NASA model as an example,a calculation method of wind turbine noise prediction was introduced,the application conditions of the prediction method of sound power level of the whole machine noise were analyzed,and the test method of the whole machine noise was given.According to different application scenarios,two kinds of noise propagation attenuation calculation methods for wind turbines were proposed.It was pointed out that blade aerodynamic noise was the main noise source of wind turbine,and the advantages and disadvantages of sawtooth trailing edge and control strategy were compared.The noise characteristics and noise control methods of wind turbine cooling system were described.It is of great significance for the application of wind turbine noise control engineering.
