摘要 随着电梯新功能的增加,国家对检规也进行了相应的修改,在2号修改单中新增了旁路装置的检验要求,电梯旁路装置可以有效防止人为短接层门轿门门锁装置而出现短接线未及时拆除引起的事故。介绍了旁路装置在TSG T7001-2009及2号修改单中的具体设置要求,以及旁路装置实现检规中规定要求的具体实现方法及功能;并以实际检验为依据介绍了电梯检验时旁路的检验方法,特别是层门和轿门触点以及独立监测装置的检验;通过对目前多种型号电梯解读,分析了遇到的几种错误旁路装置,最后分析了一则由于独立监控信号设置未独立的案例,分析发现该缺陷是由于厂家电路设计错误导致的,为相关检验人员提供参考和借鉴。 With the increase of the new functions of the elevator,the state has also modified the inspection regulations accordingly,and added the inspection requirements of the bypass device in the No.2 amendment.The elevator bypass device can effectively prevent the accident caused by the artificial short circuit of the landing door and the car door lock device,which is not removed in time.The specific setting requirements of the bypass device in TSG T7001-2009 and amendment No.2 were introduced,as well as the specific implementation methods and functions of the bypass device to meet the requirements specified in the inspection regulations.Based on the actual inspection,the inspection method of bypass during elevator inspection was introduced,especially the inspection of landing door,car door contact and independent monitoring device.Through the interpretation of many types of elevators at present,several wrong bypass devices were analyzed.Finally,a case that the independent monitoring signal not set independently was analyzed.It was found that the defect was caused by the manufacturer′s circuit design error,which provided reference for relevant inspectors.
