摘要
业界常用仪表实现发电机励磁输出和蓄电池充电状态指示功能,其输出回路需通过驾驶室仪表台进入发动机舱内进行布置,线束冗长,加大了仪表台电器布置和管控的难度。本文设计开发一种发电机励磁及充电状态指示系统,该系统基于底盘控制器的硬线输入(出)接口和CAN通信能力,通过实时采集整车电压、整车电源挡位、发动机启动状态(转速)等信息,实现完整的发电机励磁和充电状态指示功能。经实车验证,该系统完全实现预定功能,满足设计要求。
The instrument cluster Commonly used in the industry realize the functions of generator excitation output and battery charging status indication.The output circuit needs to be arranged in the engine compartment through the instrument panel of the cab.The wiring harness is lengthy,which increases the difficulty of the instrument panel electrical layout and control.This paper designs a generator excitation and charging status indication system.The system is based on the hard-wired input(out)interface of the Chassis control module and CAN communication capabilities.It collects the vehicle voltage,vehicle power position,and engine start status(speed)and other informationin real time.To achieve a complete generator excitation and charging status indication function.After actual vehicle verification,the system fully realizes the predetermined functions and meets the design requirements.
