摘要
通过对整车蓄电池亏电问题的排查,对实车电器零部件行车记录仪原理进行分析,并对单个零部件进行高低温试验验证和软件改善验证。结果表明,行车记录仪在95℃高温下唤醒是导致蓄电池亏电的主要原因,通过对行车记录仪的软件和硬件整改可以降低蓄电池亏电的风险,从而提高客户对整车的体验感。
By investigating the problem of battery shortage in the whole vehicle,the principle of running recorder for electric parts of vehicle is analyzed,and the high and low temperature test and software improvement verification for individual parts are carried out.The result shows that wake-up of the logger at 95 C is the main cause of battery power loss.The risk of battery power loss can be reduced by modifying the software and hardware of the logger,thus improving the customer's experience of the whole vehicle.
