摘要
制造端的电气故障分析和排除是整车调整工艺的重要组成部分,它与售后端的维修工作有着较大的区别,最为突出的一点就是制造端的作业对象是“新车”,而售后端则通常是“旧车”。本系列文章选取整车典型故障案例,从故障现象、成因及原理分析、排除过程和案例总结这一基本思路,向读者展示工艺技术人员排除汽车电气故障的流程与方法。
The analysis and disposal of electrical fault in the truck manufacturing is an important part of the vehicle adjustment process,which is quite different from the maintenance work in the after-sales,The most prominent point is that the operation object of the manufacturing end is“new car”,while the after-sales end is usually“old car”.This series of articles select typical fault cases of automobile,from the basic idea of fault phenomenon,cause,principle analysis,troubleshooting process and case summary,to show readers the process and method of eliminating electrical faults by technical personnel.
