摘要
研究从社会文化状况、环境的宜居程度、人力的素质水平、公共的管理水平、区域形象5个方面构建区域软实力的评价体系。基于江苏省2018年的数据,选取13个主要城市分析其区域软实力。通过因子分析和聚类分析,全面、科学地评价区域软实力,以此得出各个城市在发展区域软实力过程中的优缺点,为提高区域软实力,增强区域竞争力提出相应的管理建议。
An evaluation system of regional soft power is constructed from the five respects of social culture,livable environment,human quality,public management and regional image.According to the data of Jiangsu Province in 2018,the regional soft power of 13 major cities is empirically analyzed.Through factor analysis and cluster analysis,regional soft power is evaluated comprehensively and scientifically.Besides,pros and cons of each city in the process of developing regional soft power are obtained.Consequently,corresponding management suggestions are presented to strengthen regional soft power and enhance regional competitiveness.
