摘要
立足于我国经济高质量发展,基于2010—2019年我国30个省区市的面板数据,运用熵权法对各地区经济高质量发展水平进行赋值,通过空间杜宾模型实证分析金融发展、技术创新对经济高质量发展产生的空间溢出效应。结果表明:金融发展和技术创新水平是影响我国经济高质量发展的显著因素;但前两者的交互作用在当前阶段可能会起到负向作用;此外,政府财政的合理支出、生态资本的改善以及人们消费水平和人力资本的提高都发挥重要的调节作用。依据实证分析结果得出建立有利于经济高质量发展的金融、技术创新环境是今后我国经济稳定发展的必由之路的结论,并提出相关政策建议。
Based on high-quality economic development in China,and the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper used entropy weight method to assign values to high-quality economic development level of various regions,and adopted Spatial Durbin Model to empirically analyze the spatial spillover effect of financial development,technological innovation on high-quality economic development.The results show that the level of financial development and technological innovation is a significant factor affecting the high quality of China's economic development.However,the interaction of the former two may play a negative role in the current stage;in addition,the reasonable expenditure of government finance,the improvement of ecological capital and the enhancement of people's consumption level and human capital all play an important role in regulating.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper concludes that establishing a financial and technological innovation environment conducive to high-quality economic development is the only way for China's steady economic development in the future,and put forward relevant policy suggestions.
