摘要
通用航空产业是我国的新兴产业,尚未形成较大的规模和市场,是数字化转型发展的重点产业。运用因子分析法对21家通用航空上市企业竞争力进行了评价,结果表明其竞争力水平不强。运用扎根分析法研究了其中10家竞争力较强企业的数字化转型形式,得到4种类型:数字化生产、数字化研发平台、产品智能化、产业智能化;以4种数字化转型的先进企业为代表分别归纳出通航企业竞争力的影响机理,并以未实施数字化转型的企业进行了反证,提出了数字化转型发展提升通用航空企业竞争力的路径。
The general aviation industry is an emerging industry in China,which has not yet formed a large scale and market;and it is a key field for digital transformation and development.After using factor analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of 21 listed general aviation companies,the results show that their competitiveness was not strong.The rooted analysis method was used to explore the digital development practices of 10 companies with better competitiveness,and four types were obtained:digital production,digital R&D platform,product intelligence,and industrial intelligence.To take the four advanced enterprises of digital practice as examples,the mechanism of improving the competitiveness of general aviation enterprises were summarized separately.The poor competitiveness of enterprises not implementing digital practice was given as counterevidence.The path of digital transformation and development to improve the competitiveness of general aviation enterprises were proposed finally.
