建材上市公司创新效率评价及启示——基于DEA-Tobit两阶段模型的实证研究

摘要 基于投入产出视角构建建材上市公司创新效率评价体系,运用DEA模型对2016—2018年间30家样本公司进行创新效率评价,并利用Tobit回归模型研究其影响因素。结果表明:研究期间我国建材上市公司的创新效率均值不高,且总体呈下滑趋势;西部地区、水泥领域的建材上市公司创新效率表现最好;研发人员投入强度冗余率较高,净资产收益率、主营业务净利润率产出不足率高;政府补助、财务冗余与建材上市公司创新效率显著正相关,而企业性质与建材上市公司创新效率显著负相关。最后,根据实际情况提出优化我国建材上市公司创新效率的参考建议。 Based on the input-output perspective,the innovation efficiency evaluation system of listed building materials companies was constructed;the DEA model was used to evaluate the innovation efficiency of 30 sample companies from 2016 to 2018;and the Tobit regression model was used to study its influencing factors.The research results show that:During the study period,the average innovation efficiency of China's listed building materials companies was not high,and the overall trend was a downward trend;the innovation efficiency of listed building materials companies in the western region and the cement field performed best;the redundancy rate of R&D personnel input intensity was high,return on equity and the net profit rate output inefficiency ratio of the main business are high.The government subsidies,financial redundancy are significantly positively correlated with the innovation efficiency of listed building materials companies,while the nature of the enterprise is significantly negatively correlated with the innovation efficiency of listed building material companies.Finally,according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward suggestions to optimize the innovation efficiency of listed building materials companies in China.
