Research on Promoting the Development of Biomedical Industry by Customs AEO Certification

随着我国生物医药产业的快速发展,海关在推动生物医药企业发展以及保障国门生物安全方面面临较大挑战,如何利用海关AEO认证等海关管理措施推动生物医药产业发展、开展对生物医药企业针对性扶持刻不容缓。本文概述了生物医药产业发展现状,对AEO制度在生物医药产业中运行存在的制约因素进行了分析,并对海关通过信用管理促进生物医药产业发展、保障生物安全进行了探讨。

With the rapid development of China’s biomedical industry,customs is facing great challenges in promoting the development of biomedical enterprises and ensuring biosafety at border crossing.It is urgent for Customs to use Customs AEO certification and other customs management measures to promote the development of biomedical industry and carry out targeted support for biomedical enterprises.This article describes the current development status of the biomedical industry and analyzes the restrictive factors of AEO system in the biomedical industry,and also discusses how customs promote the development of biomedical industry and guarantee biosafety through credit management.
