新视角下传染性肺结核卫生检疫分析

Health quarantine analysis of infectious tuberculosis from a new perspective

本文以1项河南口岸的传染性肺结核研究项目为例,对传染性肺结核卫生检疫进行探讨,提出存在的问题,讨论解决策略,并对检疫诊断进行展望。该案例主要是河南国际旅行卫生保健信息管理系统中收集疑似活动性肺结核的人员,对分离出的结核分枝杆菌,用5种抗结核药物进行药敏试验的研究。口岸输入性传染性肺结核现状不容忽视,均有必要建立相关防治措施,有效地维护公共卫生安全以及全国公民的安全。实现对传染性肺结核的早期监测发现以及检疫隔离。

Taking a research project of infectious tuberculosis at Henan port as an example,this paper discusses the health quarantine of infectious tuberculosis,puts forward the existing problems,discusses the solutions,and looks forward to the quarantine diagnosis. This case is mainly a study on the drug sensitivity test of mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from persons suspected of active tuberculosis collected in Henan International Travel Healthcare Information Management System with 5 kinds of anti-tuberculosis drugs. The present situation of imported infectious tuberculosis cannot be ignored,whether in Henan or other areas of China,it is necessary to establish relevant prevention and control measures,effectively maintain public health safety and the safety of citizens. To achieve early detection and quarantine of infectious tuberculosis.
