摘要
目的研究不同复配杀虫剂在口岸集装箱空箱卫生处理中对家蝇、德国小蠊、赤拟谷盗的杀灭效果。方法选择不同单一杀虫剂、两种不同杀虫剂复配后与雾化剂混合,对家蝇成蝇、家蝇幼虫、德国小蠊及赤拟谷盗进行模拟现场试验。结果复配杀虫剂(0.375%溴氰菊酯,0.5%吡虫啉,72%雾化剂,均为体积分数)可同时对卫生害虫(家蝇成蝇、家蝇幼虫、德国小蠊)及仓储害虫(赤拟谷盗)有着良好的杀灭效果。结论针对口岸集装箱空箱中卫生处理对象的复杂性,合适的复配杀虫制剂具有一定的增效作用,有助于提高口岸卫生处理效果,具备实用价值。
Objective To study the killing effect of the different compound insecticides on housefly,Blattella germanica and pilotus triticum in the sanitary treatment of empty containers at ports. Methods Different single insecticides and two different insecticides were selected and mixed with atomizer to simulate field experiments on housefly adults,housefly larvae,blattella germanica and tribolium castaneum herbst. Results The compound insecticides(0.375% deltamethrin,0.5% imidacloprid,72% atomizer,all volume fraction) had good killing effect on sanitary pests(housefly adults,housefly larvae,blattella germanica) and storage pests(tribolium castaneum herbst). Conclusion In view of the complexity of sanitary disposal objects in empty container of port,appropriate compound insecticidal preparation has certain synergistic effect,and it is helpful to improve the effect of sanitary disposal of port,with practical value.
