山东省大学生应对突发公共卫生事件知信行现状及影响因素分析 被引量:5

Factors associated with knowledge, attitude and practice of college students in response to public health emergencies in Shandong province

摘要 目的了解山东省大学生应对突发公共卫生事件的知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素,为高校开展突发公共卫生事件防控及教育工作提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对山东省6所高校7 719名大学生进行突发公共卫生事件知信行现状的问卷调查。结果山东省大学生应对突发公共卫生事件知信行总体合格率为59.62%;其中突发公共卫生事件应对知识合格率为62.73%,持积极态度的比重仅占32.41%,个人良好行为占比71.68%。以知信行得分是否合格为因变量,以单因素分析中差异有统计学意义的因素为自变量进行多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果显示,女生(OR=0.65)、大二和大三年级(OR=0.77、0.86)、理工类和文史类专业(OR=0.53、0.58)、父亲和母亲文化程度在小学及以下(OR=0.73、0.62)的大学生知信行得分合格率较低,山东省内生源(OR=1.69)、学校开设健康教育课程(OR=5.08)的大学生知信行得分合格率较高。结论山东省大学生应对突发公共卫生事件知信行水平中等偏低,性别、年级、专业、生源地、父母亲文化程度、学校开设健康教育课程情况是影响该地区大学生知信行水平的影响因素。 Objective To understand the current status of college students′ knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) in response to public health emergencies in Shandong province, and to discuss its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 7 719 students randomly selected from 6 colleges and universities in Shandong province using stratified sampling method to collect study related data. Results The overall KAP pass rate of college students in response to public health emergencies was 59.62%, of which the pass rate of knowledge was 62.73%, only 32.41% of students showed positive attitude, while 71.68% behaved well in response to public health emergencies.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis using the pass rate of KAP score as a dependent variable showed that gender, grade, major, place of origin, health education curriculum and education level of parents were major influencing factors for students′ KAP score.Female students(OR=0.65), sophomores and juniors(OR=0.77, 0.86), majors in Science and Technology and History(OR=0.53,0.58), parents with a primary school education and below(OR=0.73, 0.62) had a lower pass rate, while students who were from Shandong province(OR=1.69) or in schools offering health education courses(OR=5.08) had a higher pass rate. Conclusions The pass rate of college students′ KAP in response to public emergencies is relatively low.Gender, grade, major, place of origin, health education curriculum and education level of parents were major influencing factors for students′ KAP score.
