2019年濮阳市居民急性心脑血管事件流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Puyang in 2019

目的探讨2019年濮阳市居民急性心脑血管事件流行病学特征。方法数据来源于"河南省慢性病监测信息管理系统",选取2019年1月1日0:00—2019年12月31日24:00濮阳市五县二区急性心脑血管事件病例资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对濮阳市2019年急性心脑血管事件特征进行分析。结果 2019年濮阳市共报告急性心脑血管事件40 947例,发病率942.74/10万(标化率948.98/10万)。其中,脑卒中发病37 232例,发病率为857.21/10万(标化率863.78/10万);心脏病急性事件发病3 715例,发病率为85.53/10万(标化率81.25/10万)。男性脑卒中和心脏病急性事件发病率分别为872.34/10万(标化率925.69/10万)和87.86/10万(标化率93.51/10万),女性则分别为841.20/10万(标化率806.01/10万)和83.07/10万(标化率77.26/10万)。濮阳市脑卒中和心脏病急性事件发病高峰年龄分别为70~<75岁组和≥85岁组,发病率分别为7 417.60/10万和963.90/10万。濮阳市脑卒中和心脏病急性事件发病数均在12月份最少,分别在3月份和1月份最多。结论 2019年濮阳市居民急性心脑血管事件发病率942.74/10万(标化率948.98/10万),男性发病率高于女性,随年龄增长而增加,发病率最低均在12月份,最多则分别在3月份和1月份,应进一步加强对居民急性心脑血管事件预防干预及监测。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Puyang in 2019. Methods Clinical data of patients with acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases were retrieved from henan province chronic disease surveillance information management system in five counties and two districts in Puyang city from January 1 and December 31, 2019.The characteristics of acute cardio-cerebrovascular events were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 40 947 cases with acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases were reported in Puyang city in 2019, with the overall incidence rate of 942.74/100 000 and the standardized incidence rate of 948.98/100 000.Among them, 37 232 were cases with stroke with the incidence rate of 857.21/100 000(standardized rate of 863.78/100 000), 3 715 were patietns with acute heart diseases, with the incidence rate of 85.53/100 000(standardized rate of 81.25/100 000).The incidence rates of stroke and acute heart diseases were 872.34/100 000(standardized rate of 925.69/100 000) and 87.86/100 000(standardized rate of 93.51/100 000) in males, and were 841.20/100 000(standardized rate of 806.01/100 000) and 83.07/100 000(standardized rate of 77.26/100 000) in females.The highest incidence rates of stroke and acute heart diseases in Puyang city were found in the age group of 70-<75 and 85 and above, which were 7 417.60/100 000 and 963.90/100 000, respectively.Most cases appeared in March and January,very few in December. Conclusions The incidence rate of acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents of Puyang in 2019 is 942.74/100 000(standardized rate of 948.98/100 000),which is higher in men than in women and increases with age.The incidence peaks in March and January.In order to decrease the incidence,the prevention,intervention and monitoring of acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases among residents should be further strengthened.
