普拉克索联合强化肌力训练对帕金森病患者康复效果及日常生活能力的影响 被引量:6

Rehabilitation Effect of Pramipexole Combined with Intensive Muscle Strength Training for Patients with Parkinson Disease and Its Influence on Daily Life Activity Ability

摘要 目的:探讨普拉克索联合强化肌力训练对帕金森病患者康复效果及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月于本院住院治疗的90例帕金森病患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=45)与对照组(n=45),两组均给予常规药物与康复训练,试验组同时给予普拉克索联合强化肌力训练。比较两组治疗前后的上肢、下肢、平衡功能、综合康复效果和日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗前,两组FMA-UE评分、Brunnstrom评分、患肘屈曲时肱二头肌CR和患肘伸展时肱三头肌CR、下肢情况、平衡功能、MBI、Webster评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述各指标较治疗前均明显改善,且试验组FMA-LE评分、起立行走测试、10 m步行测试、步频、左右步长差、EOTS、BBS评分、MBI、Webster评分改善幅度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普拉克索联合强化肌力训练可明显改善帕金森病患者的平衡功能、上肢和下肢运动能力,提高综合康复效果和日常生活活动能力。 Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of Pramipexole combined with intensive muscle strength training for patients with Parkinson disease and its influence on daily life activity ability.Method:A total of 90 patients with Parkinson disease hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 and December 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).Two groups were given routine medicine and rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given Pramipexole combined with intensive muscle strength.The upper and lower limbs,balance function,comprehensive rehabilitation effect and daily life activity ability of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FMA-UE score,Brunnstrom score,biceps CR when elbow flexion and triceps CR when elbow extension,lower limbs,balance function,MBI and Webster scores of two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indicators of two groups were significantly improved compared to those before treatment,and the FMA-LE score,standing walking test,10 m walking test,stride frequency,left and right step difference,EOTS,BBS scores,MBI,Webster scores in the experimental group improved significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pramipexole combined with intensive muscle strength training can improve the motor ability and balance function of upper and lower limbs of patients with Parkinson disease,and improve the comprehensive rehabilitation effect and daily life activity ability.
