新时代完善大学生就业服务体系研究——以S省为例

Research on Perfecting College Students'Employment Service System in the New Era--Taking S Province as an Example

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,大学生就业服务体系中政府、高校、企业、社会机构和大学生五个主体在观念、制度、方法和措施层面存在不足:政府存在经济发展和人才配置之间失衡、对大学生就业实习实践缺乏政策法规方面的支持'公共就业服务资源不够且质效不高等问题;高校存在专业设置与社会需求脱节、缺乏大学生就业能力培养体系、人才培养质量反馈与评价机制不健全等问题;企业存在主动参与高校人才培养环节的意识不足、深度不够等问题;社会机构存在针对大学生开展就业服务专业性不够、缺乏组织规范等问题,大学生缺乏存在职业生涯规划意识、非理性就业观,以及对就业陷阱鉴别能力不足等问题。解决这些问题需要充分发挥政府的主导作用、高校的基础作用、社会的辅助作用、企业的参与作用、学生的主体作用,协同推进新时代大学就业服务体系的完善。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.There are many deficiencies in the concepts,systems,methods and measures of the five subjects of the government,colleges,enterprises,society institutions and college students:there is an imbalance between the government's macro-control and economic development and talent allocation,lack of support in policies and regulations for College Students'employment practice Insufficient public employment service resources and low quality and efficiency.There are some problems in Colleges,such as the disconnection between specialty setting and social needs,the lack of College Students'employability training system,and the imperfect feedback and evaluation mechanism of talent training quality.Lack of awareness and depth of enterprises'active participation in talent training in Colleges.Social institutions are not professional enough and lack of standardization in employment services for college students.College students have some problems,such as lack of awareness of career planning,irrational employment concept,lack of ability to identify employment traps and so on.These problems need to play the leading role of the government,the basic role of colleges,the auxiliary role of society,the participation role of enterprises and the main role of students to jointly promote the improvement of the university employment service system in the new era.
