摘要 为研究纯矸石充填料浆管道输送的可行性,分析了当前煤矿矸石骨料充填料浆的结构组成,认为固料中足够的细颗粒粉料是充填料浆满足管道输送的必要条件。粉煤灰、水泥、生石灰等常规粉料灰浆和细颗粒矸石浆(浓度60%)流动度实验表明,0.315 mm粒径以下矸石能够和水形成均质性好、流动度较大的浆体,具有和常规粉料灰浆相似的特征。0.315 mm可作为矸石粉料和骨料的粒径界线。设置了4组由粗细颗粒混合纯矸石为固料、浓度80%的充填料浆,坍落度均达到180 mm以上,能满足泵压管道输送要求。该方式为井下隐蔽空间内处理矸石提供了新的技术途径。 In order to study the feasibility of pipeline transportation of pure gangue filling slurry,the structure composition of gangue aggregate filling slurry is analyzed.It is considered that sufficient fine powder in solid material is the necessary condition for filling slurry to meet pipeline transportation.The fluidity experiments of conventional fly ash,cement,quicklime and fine gangue slurry(concentration60%) show that gangue with particle size less than 0.315 mm can form a slurry with good homogeneity and high fluidity with water,which is similar to conventional fly ash slurry.0.315 mm can be used as the grain size boundary of gangue powder and aggregate.Four groups of 80% filling slurry with coarse and fine particles mixed with pure gangue as solid material were set up,and the slump reached above180 mm,which could meet the requirements of pumping pipeline transportation.This method provides a new way to deal with gangue in underground concealed space.
