为锦界洗煤厂研制一套基于PLC的新型带式输送机防自流保护装置,通过详细了解锦界选煤厂实际使用情况,分析带式输送机防自流保护系统的使用条件和技术指标,确定合理的料位计选型和安装位置,对带式输送机防自流保护系统控制软件进行了设计,完成了现场安装和调试工作,系统投运后取得了良好的效果,为企业带来了一定的经济效益,同时也为其他厂解决煤水分含量高,带式输送机易发生自流等类似问题提供新的解决思路。

Made for Jinjie coal washing plant to develop a set of anti-flow protection device for belt conveyor based on PLC.Through detailed understanding of the actual situation of Jinjie coal preparation plant,the use conditions and technical indicators of the anti-flow protection system of the belt machine are determined.Reasonable position gauge detection position and selection and installation of the level gauge,design of the belt machine anti-floating protection system control software,complete the on-site installation and commissioning work,the system has achieved good results after being put into operation,bringing the enterprise certain economic benefits,but also for other factories to solve the high moisture content of coal,the tape machine is prone to self-flow and other similar problems to provide new solutions.
