延安时期党的青年工作理论与实践研究

Research on the Theory and Practice of the Party’s Youth Work in Yan’an Period

陕甘宁边区的青年工作是延安时期党的青年工作的试验田,为执政党需要一个什么样的青年组织,进行了从改造共青团到建立青救会,再到重建青年团的成功探索。这一探索形成了党的青年工作理论,揭示了中国青年运动的规律,丰富和发展了马克思主义的青年发展观,成为抗战时期全国青年运动的模范,在中国新民主主义革命史上留下了光辉的一页。这对新时代青年工作具有十分重要的现实意义。

The youth work of the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region is the experimental field of the youth work of the Party in the Yan’an period. For what kind of youth organization the ruling party needs, we have made a successful exploration from the transformation of the Communist Youth League to the establishment of the Youth Rescue Association, and then to the reconstruction of the Youth League. By doing so, we have accumulated the Party’s youth work experience and formed the Party’s youth work theory, which reveals the discipline of Chinese youth movement and enriches and develops the Marxist concept of youth development. It left a glorious page in the history of the New Democracy Revolution and became a model and direction of the National Youth Movement during the Anti-Japanese war, which is of great realistic significance to the youth work in the new era.
