摘要
以"商茄2号"为试材,采用不同浓度(0、0.01、0.05、0.10、0.50、1.00 mg·L^(-1))的2,4-表油菜素内酯(EBR)溶液进行低温(15℃/5℃)处理的方法,研究了EBR对茄子幼苗冷害指数、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性及幼苗生长指标的影响,以期为EBR提高茄子耐冷性机制的研究提供参考依据。结果表明:适宜浓度的外源EBR能够有效缓解低温胁迫对茄子幼苗的损伤,并以0.10 mg·L^(-1)EBR处理效果最佳。其幼苗冷害指数相比低温对照显著降低,有效缓解了幼苗冷害症状;而幼苗株高、茎粗、鲜质量和干质量相比低温对照分别提高了33.35%、77.62%、55.40%和34.73%,增加了茄子幼苗的生物量,为构建壮苗打下基础;同时0.10 mg·L^(-1)EBR处理能够显著降低茄子幼苗叶片MDA含量的积累,提高幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。综上所述,在该试验条件下,喷施0.10 mg·L^(-1)EBR溶液,能有效提高茄子幼苗的低温耐受性,有利于培育茄子壮苗。
Taking‘Shangqie 2’eggplant as the test materials,the different concentrations (0,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00 mg·L^(-1))of 2,4-epbrassinolipid (EBR)was used under low temperature(15℃/5℃),the effects of EBR on the chilling injury index,malondialdehyde content,antioxidant enzyme activity and seedling growth indexes were studied,in order to provide reference for the study of the mechanism of EBR improving cold tolerance of eggplant.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of exogenous EBR could effectively reduce the damage of eggplant seedlings under low temperature stress.Among them,the treatment of 0.10 mg·L^(-1)EBR showed the best effect.The chilling injury index of the seedlings was significantly reduced compared with the control under low temperature stress.The plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings significantly increased by 33.35%,77.62%,55.40%,34.73%respectively.At the same time,the treatment of 0.10mg·L^(-1)EBR could significantly reduce the accumulation of MDA in seedling leaves,while it could significantly improve the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of eggplant seedling.In conclusion,spraying of 0.10mg·L^(-1)EBR could effectively increase the low temperature tolerance of eggplant seedlings,which was beneficial to the cultivation of strong eggplant seedlings.
