城市群绿色发展水平测度及空间分异研究——以兰州和西宁城市群为例

摘要 采用熵值法,从资源利用、环境保护、增长质量和绿色生活四个维度对2013—2018年兰西城市群绿色发展驱动因素进行评估,并运用TOPSIS模型为评价样本提供最优和最劣方案进行城市之间的比较。结论显示,兰西城市群绿色发展水平整体呈平稳态势,但其内部城市之间分异显著,兰州和西宁两大中心城市在引领兰西城市群绿色发展过程中带动辐射能力较弱,其他地区仍处于较低发展水平。资源利用和环境保护是推动兰西城市群绿色发展的重要因素,增长质量和绿色生活的贡献则相对较弱,未来应以创新驱动加快产业结构合理调整,稳步培育中小城市,促进城镇体系规模及功能的合理布局以增强中心城市辐射带动能力,同时推进高质量城镇化发展,以期绿色发展水平得到显著提升。 This paper uses the entropy method to evaluate the green development driving factors of the sub-cities within the Lanxi urban agglomeration from 2013 to 2018 from the four dimensions of resource utilization,environmental protection,growth quality and green life,and uses the TOPSIS model to provide the best and worst solutions for the evaluation sample for comparison between cities.The conclusion shows that the overall green development of the Lanxi urban agglomeration is in a stable development trend,but the differences between the inner cities are significant.The two major central cities of Lanzhou and Xining lead the green development of the Lanxi urban agglomeration,but their radiation driving ability is weak,and other regions are still at a low level.The improvement of resource utilization and environmental protection is the most important factor to promote the green development of the Lanxi urban agglomeration,and the quality of growth and green life have relatively weak contributions to green development.In the future,it is necessary to accelerate the industrial upgrading and transformation of the Lanxi urban agglomeration with innovation,promote the development of high-quality urbanization,and enhance the radiation driving ability of central cities,so as to improve the level of green development significantly.
