摘要
目的分析婴幼儿户外活动时间和体质指数(BMI)与维生素D水平的相关性,为临床儿童保健方案优化提供参考依据。方法选取2019年6-12月在杭州市妇产科医院行健康体检的260例婴幼儿为研究对象,均行户外活动时间调查、BMI测量及25-羟维生素D检测。比较不同年龄段、不同户外活动时间及不同BMI婴幼儿25-羟维生素D水平。结果不同年龄段婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=4.367,P=0.005),维生素D营养状况比较差异有统计学意义(Z=4.215,P=0.008)。不同户外活动时间婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=0.152,P=0.527),维生素D营养状况比较差异有统计学意义(Z=3.946,P=0.021)。不同BMI婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=0.152,P=0.527),维生素D营养状况比较差异有统计学意义(Z=4.264,P=0.010)。户外活动时间、年龄及BMI与婴幼儿维生素D水平密切相关(均P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿户外活动时间、BMI及年龄与维生素D水平密切相关,临床应加强婴幼儿维生素D水平监测,并给予适当的户外活动时间指导及维生素D补充等措施纠正其不足或缺乏,促进婴幼儿正常生长发育。
Objective To analyze the correlations between outdoor activity time and body mass index(BMI)of infants and vitamin D level,provide a reference basis for optimization of clinical child health care scheme.Methods From June to December in 2019,260 infants receiving healthy physical examination in Hangzhou Maternity Hospital were selected as study object,outdoor activity time survey,BMI measurement,and 25-hydroxyvitamin D detection were performed.The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D among the infants in different age groups,with different outdoor activity time,and different values of BMI were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference in the level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D among the infants in different age groups(F=4.367,P=0.005),there was statistically significant difference in nutritional status of vitamin D(Z=4.215,P=0.008).There was statistically significant difference in the level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D among the infants with different outdoor activity time(F=0.152,P=0.527),there was statistically significant difference in nutritional status of vitamin D(Z=3.946,P=0.021).There was statistically significant difference in the level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D among the infants with different values of BMI(F=0.152,P=0.527),there was statistically significant difference in nutritional status of vitamin D(Z=4.264,P=0.010).Outdoor activity time,age,and BMI were closely correlated with vitamin D levels of infants(P<0.05).Conclusion Outdoor activity time,age,and BMI are closely correlated with vitamin D levels of infants,monitoring of vitamin D levels of infants should be enhanced,appropriate guidance for outdoor activity time and supplementation of vitamin D to correct vitamin D deficiency should be provided to promote normal growth and development of infants.
