公安大数据战略给公安工作带来了前所未有的新机遇,也给刑事技术专业教育带来了严峻的挑战。在大数据背景下,整合公安院校和公安实战部门的优势资源,开展系列教学改革,共建校局合作,协同育人新机制,共育实用型大数据警务人才,是大数据时代刑事技术教育发展的新需求。刑事技术教育教学应紧跟科技发展的步伐,充分利用大数据,开启公安教育校局合作的创新模式,促进刑事技术实用型人才培养,以适应大数据时代对刑事技术工作的新要求。

While the strategy of public security big data is bringing unprecedented new opportunities into public security work,it is also causing significant challenges to the education of criminal technology specialty.In the context of big data,it is a new requirement for the development of criminal technology education in the big data era to integrate the superior resources of police colleges and police departments,to carry out a series of teaching reforms,to establish a new mechanism of"carrying out cooperation between police colleges and police departments(thereinafter referred to as college-bureau cooperation)for achieving collaborative education",and jointly cultivate practical police talents with big-data professional knowledge.Criminal technology education and teaching should keep pace with the development of science and technology,make full use of big data,apply the innovative college-bureau cooperation mode to public security education,and promote the cultivation of practical talents for criminal technology field,so as to meet the new requirements of criminal technology work in the big-data era.
