阿托伐他汀钙联合钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Drilling and Drainage in the Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

研究分析阿托伐他汀钙联合钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)患者的疗效。回顾性分析辽宁省健康产业集团抚矿总医院从2019年9月至2020年12月的60例CSDH患者,根据CSDH治疗指南,入院后随机分为实验组与对照组,其中钻孔引流术后联合应用阿托伐他汀钙的有30例设为实验组,采取单纯钻孔引流术的有30例设为对照组,比较2组患者血肿吸收速率、复发率、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分,来反应治疗效果。结果术后2组血肿量明显较之前降低,随访3个月后,实验组血肿吸收速率及NIHSS评分下降程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组复发率比较,发现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗CSDH患者时,阿托伐他汀钙联合钻孔引流术对CSDH患者有着显著疗效,但对复发率的降低无明显影响。

To investigate the efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with drilling and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH).Sixty patients with CSDH in Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from September 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to CSDH treatment guidelines,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group after admission.Among them,30 patients who were combined with atorvastatin calcium after drilling and drainage were set as the experimental group,and 30 patients who were treated with drilling and drainage alone were set as the control group.The hematoma absorption rate,recurrence rate and neurological impairment(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups to reflect the treatment effect.After 3 months of follow-up,the rate of hematoma absorption and NIHSS score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of CSDH patients,atorvastatin calcium combined with drilling and drainage had a significant effect on CSDH patients,but had no significant effect on the reduction of recurrence rate.
