为了提高新余市重大气象灾害暴雨应急响应管理水平,根据现有工作现状,提出应急响应中存在的暴雨预警信号发布内容不合理、应急响应材料报送不符合要求、部门联动不够等问题,完善预警信息发布制度、规范气象服务总结报送工作、加强部门联动等建议,对提高新余市气象灾害应急响应管理水平,具有指导意义。

In order to improve the rainstorm emergency response management level of major meteorological disasters in Xinyu City,according to the current work status,put forward the problems existing in the emergency response,such as unreasonable rainstorm early warning signal release content,unqualified submission of emergency response materials,insufficient departmental linkage,improve the early warning information release system,standardize the summary and submission of meteorological services suggestions such as strengthening departmental linkage are of guiding significance to improve the emergency response management level of meteorological disasters in Xinyu City.
