摘要 高吸水性树脂(简称SAP)是一种三维网络聚合物,可吸收其自身重量数千倍的蒸馏水,广泛应用于农业、生物医学、日常生理产品、分离技术、废水处理等多个领域。本文简述了自1961年以来SAP的发展历史,详细介绍了本体聚合、溶液聚合、悬浮聚合和辐射聚合等四种基本的SAP聚合方法,重点对比分析了不同方法的优缺点。近年来,在聚合方法方面已经取得的新进展,提出了SAP的最新发展方向。 Super-absorbent polymers is a three-dimensional network polymer, which can absorb thousands of times its own weight of distilled water, widely used in agriculture, biomedical, daily physiological products, separation technology, wastewater treatment and other fields.The development history of SAP since 1961 is briefly introduced. Four basic SAP polymerization methods, namely, bulk polymerization, solution polymerization, suspension polymerization and radiation polymerization, are introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods are compared and analyzed emphatically.In recent years, new advances have been made in aggregation methods, which suggest the latest development direction for SAP.
